I constantly sabotaged my success. I would do this by not taking actions to be the person that I really wanted to be.I found it very difficult to know who I was and what I wanted to do.I found myself drifting alone for most of my twenties. I lived in multiple states, a van and I had many great experiences, but I felt unfulfilled and alone.I had no confidence in myself, I felt like a victim to my circumstance, and the worst part was that deep down I knew that I was not living up to my full potencial.I found myself waking up at 25 to pick up human waste from a parking garage at 6 am Monday through Friday and I thought "This is the best I can do". My house had cockroaches and flooded with sewage. After you have your specific action plan. I will be here to bounce ideas
off of, to reflect on what is and is not working for you, adjust your goals, and to be your accountability partner.You are the captain of this ship. I will simply help you to define what it is that you want and assist you to make sure you are on track to achieving what matters most to you.You will have your own self care-blueprint. But, we can still work together beyond that, if you choose too.
